In some cases IT support issues can only be resolved by physically standing at the PC or server and carrying out the work. Whilst for speed and efficiency purposes we will always try to resolve issues remotely, we also know that having a friendly, knowledgeable face onsite can be reassuring.
Providing onsite IT support also gives your team a means of communicating other issues and everyday niggles which may not ‘seem’ important but could snowball into more serious problems.
It is therefore our aim to deliver a proportion of our IT support on your site so we can interact with your team and resolve any minor issues that have not been logged via the formal channels.
Having one of our team of highly trained engineers at your premises also allows us to regularly review your IT strategy in line with latest developments in the IT world. We can also learn about any changes in your business or prepare for new staff that we may need to be aware of.
However advanced remote support may become, we know there is no substitute for face to face contact which is why it will always form part of our support service. Onsite support will always be delivered at a time and place to suit you, to minimise the impact of any work.
